Cielo Dessert Co.® was created from the desire to provide personalised customer service in an elegant modern space to showcase our innovative desserts, pastry and gelato.
Our pastry creations are headed up by Tiffany Jones who is our pastry chef and creative director.
In her support we have several pastry chefs on staff.
Our front of house is headed up by Bill Frantzis, our manager, as well as Samuel Yeo and Stu Atkin, our assistant managers.
They are always at the ready for your daily caffeine and savoury fix, sweet treat and dessert dining experience.
Situated within Meriton Coward Street lies our boutique dessert bar; positioned opposite Lionel Bowen park in the leafy suburb of Mascot, just minutes from Sydney Airport.
We can cater for your next event be it birthday, baby shower, corporate meetings and anything in between.
Custom made celebration cakes, brunch, artisan gelato, dessert creations, tea and coffee are all on offer.
